The Services shall include, without limitation:
● Provision of five (5) qualified personnel;
● On-site preparation and cooking of food utilizing ingredients supplied by Client;
● Provision of all necessary cooking equipment, utensils, and service-related materials;
● Setup and organization of the cooking and serving areas prior to the event;
● Breakdown, cleaning, and restoration of the service area following completion of the
event.
Client shall be solely responsible for providing all pasta and sauce products to be used during
the event.
2. Event Specifications
● Event Location: Whole Foods Market Headquarters, Austin, Texas
● Event Date: 3/26/2026
● Service Hours: 10:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. (approximately seven (7) hours)
● Estimated Attendance: 800 individuals
