Styling services is charged by the hour and size of the spread.
Marked below is a breakdown of each style size and time it will take to complete it.
We ask for all produce to be pre washed if possible to ensure a quicker set up and a better utilization of your allowed time.
Service includes: Allowed time according to size chart below. Parchment paper sized according to chart below. Personal knives, cutting boards and required utensils needed to create spread.
What’s not included: Groceries, trays, bowls or any additional serving dishes you’d want to use. Flowers, greenery or any additional garnishes.
Sizing Chart:
Small: 15-20 person grazing spread approximately 3ft x 2ft.
*1 hour assembly time.
Medium: 25-40 person grazing spread approximately 4-5 ft x 2-3ft.
*1 1/2 hour assembly time.
Large: 60-80 person grazing spread approximately 6ft x 4ft.
*2 hour assembly time.
Xtra Large: 100-150 person grazing spread approximately 8ft x 4ft.
*2 hour assembly time.
